Mindi Schweiss has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving in a retail sales role at Joy Cone Co since July 2022. Prior to this, Mindi held multiple general manager positions at both Home2 Suites by Hilton and Meander Hospitality from May 2016 to August 2022, and at Hampton from April 2004 to May 2016. Earlier career experience includes a role as Front Office Manager and Guest Services Manager at Holiday Inn Metroplex from August 2000 to March 2004. Mindi obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science in Hospitality Management from Youngstown State University, graduating in 2000.
