Vinod leads long-term growth and customer strategy at Joveo. His main focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences and accelerating customer lifetime value. He brings approximately 25 years of fast-paced, “customer first” experience from four continents to the table, with expertise spanning account strategy, customer success, and service excellence.

Vinod has a track record of transforming key “high-risk” accounts into successful ventures. His forte lies in re-engineering processes, redefining performance, and energizing customer satisfaction. With a clear vision and strategic thinking, he ensures flawless execution of well-articulated, progressive customer strategies aimed at continuously pushing the needle of growth.

Before joining Joveo, Vinod served as Vice President Global Customer Success at Talview, a recruiting automation and edutech platform, where he was in charge of developing customer success programs. Prior to that, he was CEO at Innovatia (India), a global knowledge solutions company, where he shouldered responsibilities for cross functional execution, building organizational capabilities, and developing an investment strategy.
