Aurelio Rodrigues Melo has worked in various roles in the corporate world since 2005. Aurelio began their career at SBT as a Consultor Conselho de Administração in 2005. In 2006, they moved to Grupo Massa as Head Operações and to Praça São Lourenço as Diretor adm & comercial (COO). In 2013, they joined Unylyner Industria E Comercio De Equipamentos De Seguranca as Diretor de Negocios e Operações (COO). In 2016, they began working at UOL EdTech as Gerente Geral de Operações (Head Operações). In 2018, they joined Laureate Education, Inc. as Chief Operation Office (COO). In 2020, they founded and became COO of HRM High Return Management. Currently, they are the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Jovens Gênios since 2023.

Aurelio Rodrigues Melo has an extensive education history. In 2007, they completed a specialization in business management from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. From 2002 to 2003, they completed a postgraduate degree in Business Strategic Planning from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho. Aurelio then completed a CST in Administration and Business from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho in 2021. In 2018, they completed an MBA in Control from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Aurelio is currently enrolled in an MBA in Strategic Administration and Market Intelligence from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Aurelio is also enrolled in a Postgraduate Degree in Startup and Future Management from HSM University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, Aurelio Rodrigues Melo has obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn, LIT Onlearning, and Fundação Getulio Vargas.
