Jeannette Grand has held various marketing roles since 2001. Jeannette began their career as Director of Marketing Communications at Cisco in 2001, where they took the company from stealth-mode obscurity to brand-name leader within the industry. Jeannette then moved to Credant Technologies in 2003 as Marketing Communications Manager, growing sales leads from 60 per quarter to over 4,500 in a 9-month period. In 2005, they became Senior Marketing Communications Manager at Interphase Corporation, initiating a webinar program that resulted in thought leadership and tremendous sales lead momentum. Grand then moved to Tango Networks in 2006 as Director of Marketing Communications, receiving over 1,000 press hits for the company. In 2009, they became Marketing Communications Manager at Geos Communications, creating the company's first Market Requirements Document. Jeannette then worked as an Independent Consultant at KPMG US in 2010, developing and implementing strategic internal communications initiatives for AT&T. In 2012, they became Director of Marketing at iWave Software, LLC, resulting in a 500% increase in inbound sales leads, 42% growth in social media followers, and 17 feature articles in industry trade publications within 6 months. Grand then moved to LeadBuckets LLC in 2013 as Principal, providing director-level marketing expertise for strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. In 2015, they joined WP Engine as Senior Manager/Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations, creating an extremely successful webinar program and overseeing funnel optimization, lead nurturing, email marketing, lead scoring, and marketing automation initiatives. Finally, in 2022, they joined Journyx, Inc. as Director of Marketing.

Jeannette Grand has an education history which includes obtaining an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin in Marketing/Finance and a BBA from The University of Memphis in Marketing/Management. Jeannette has also obtained several certifications, including Google Analytics for Power Users and Advanced Google Analytics from Google in October 2021, Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in September 2021, HubSpot Certification from HubSpot in February 2014, Digital Advertising from HubSpot Academy in November 2021, Inbound Certification from HubSpot in February 2015, and Inbound Marketing Certification from Inbound Marketing University in February 2015.
