Ze Yar Swe has extensive experience in community service and education, currently serving as a Registration Cultural Aid at the Buffalo Board of Education and the Buffalo Public Schools Central Registration Center since August 2017. Responsibilities include assisting parents and students with the registration process, translating important documents, administering the SIFE questionnaire, and acting as a liaison between diverse communities and educational institutions. Additionally, Ze Yar Swe works as an Employment Specialist at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc., focusing on intake assessments and community outreach for refugee clients. With a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science-Interdisciplinary from the University at Buffalo and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Erie Community College, Ze Yar Swe has demonstrated a commitment to supporting multilingual populations and promoting educational access.
