Deondria Matlock, MS, has extensive experience in quality assurance and behavioral health, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Officer (Team Lead) at JourneyPure since February 2018, where previous roles included Quality Assurance Officer and Utilization Review Specialist. Prior to this, Deondria held the position of Clinical Accreditation Coordinator at The Next Door, Inc. from September 2016 to February 2018. Deondria's career also includes roles at Qualifacts as a Customer Support Analyst and at Cigna-HealthSpring as a Behavioral Health Intake Specialist. Early career experiences consist of assessments as a Child Protective Services Assessor with the Tennessee Department of Children's Services and as an Adult Case Manager at Mental Health Cooperative. Deondria Matlock earned a Master of Science degree in Public Service Management from Cumberland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Memphis.
