Joe Gwynn has a diverse work experience in web development. Joe started their career in 2011 at Thomas Pink Shirtmaker as a Front-End Web Developer, where they focused on using BT's Fresca Commerce Platform to create and maintain site content. Joe also managed CSS and Javascript, ensuring the site's design and functionality were in line with the Web Designer's layouts. In 2014, they joined Monocle as a Front-End Web Developer, where they continued to work on web development and eventually became a Senior Web Developer in 2018. In 2020, Joe joined Journey Hospitality as a Senior Web Developer and eventually took on the role of Lead Web Developer in 2023.

Joe Gwynn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design & Photography from Kingston University between 2007 and 2010.
