Jamaal J. has worked in the insurance industry since 2012. Jamaal began their career at Affirmative Insurance, where they served as a Casualty Claims Representative, Senior Auto-Liability Representative, and Auto-Liability Representative. In 2015, they moved to Confie, where they worked as a Casualty Claims Adjuster. From 2018 to 2019, they held two roles at Mammoth Energy Services, as a Claims Specialist and Benefits and Compensation Supervisor. Jamaal then worked as an Account Manager at OneSource Virtual from 2019 to 2022, and is currently a Client Success Manager at Journey.
