Andrea Turner is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in guest services and adventure tourism. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for Guest Services at Journey Beyond since July 2021, Andrea previously held the position of Tours Operations Manager at Back Track Adventures, where the focus was on unique 4WD and adventure programs. Andrea's career also includes coordinating rehabilitation adventure challenges at Mates4Mates for current and ex-serving ADF members, along with several roles in personalized travel services at TravelManagers Australia and MTA - Mobile Travel Agents. Andrea began in the travel industry as a Sales Consultant at Qantas, showcasing a long-standing commitment to customer service and adventure travel. Education was completed at Ceduna Area School.
