Maya Quijada is an experienced professional who currently works as a Recruiter & Business Operations at Journey. Prior to this role, Maya founded Emilia Design Consulting and served as the Director Of Operations at Wordzen, Inc. Maya has also held roles such as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Boston Center for Adult Education, ESL Instructor, and Corporate Marketing and Communications at Akamai Technologies. With a background in Political Science and International Affairs, Maya has been actively involved in various leadership roles during their time at Northeastern University and continues their education at ESCI-UPF and University of Nairobi.
