Holly E. currently serves as Managing Director of IT Business Operations at RSM US LLP since April 2024. With extensive experience in corporate governance, IT operations, and strategic management, Holly held the position of Senior Advisor, Board and Corporate Governance, Chief of Staff at CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, supporting multiple business units and enhancing decision-making frameworks. Complementing this role, Holly was recognized as a top Technical Delivery Director, overseeing the digital transformation of board operations. Additional leadership contributions include serving on the boards of various organizations, such as JournalDoc Inc. and Compass, Inc., and founding The Avant-Garde Group, which specializes in strategic consulting for middle market companies. Holly holds an Executive MBA and a BS in Math, Actuarial Science, and Statistics from Loyola University Maryland.
