Terry Kulesa is a co-founder of Red Rock Biofuels and President of Joule's Red Rock Division. Terry handles business development, team management and construction and operations services. He was previously VP of Operations for Pacific Ethanol, Inc, which he joined early in its development and was responsible for the design, construction and operation of five ethanol plants totaling over $500 million of construction and over $500 million of annual revenues. Prior to that, he was General Manager for Ace Ethanol, where he was involved in the development and construction and was responsible for company operations and P&L. He was General Manager for POET’s Ethanol 2000 plant where he led all company operations and was responsible for company P&L. Terry has over 23 years experience in managing operations. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Renewable Fuels Association and has held management positions with Kraft Foods and Borden. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Ag-Biosciences (Dairy Manufacturing) from South Dakota State University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
