Lauren Armstrong is currently the Director of Sourcing and Sustainability at Josie Maran since April 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren worked as the Director of Sourcing at Spectrum Diversified Designs, LLC. from August 2019 to April 2022 and as a Sourcing Manager at Pottery Barn from October 2011 to June 2019. Lauren also has experience as an Associate Production Manager at J.Crew from February 2007 to July 2011. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Anthropology from Colby College.
