Jacob Boyle has a wealth of work experience in the manufacturing, engineering, and project management fields. Jacob began their career in 2012 as a Research Assistant at Penn State University. Jacob then worked as an Engineering Intern at Donsco Inc. from 2012-2016, where they completed value stream mapping, quality audits, statistical analysis, and inventory controls. In 2016, Jacob joined the US Army where they served as a Project Manager, developing and directing specialized training for 40 motivated team members in a high-risk environment. Jacob also managed a $15 MM budget of equipment and vehicles, while stationed in foreign countries, and planned and led 140 strategic assignments in a highly volatile region with no loss of life or equipment. In 2020, Jacob joined ConcealFab Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they evaluated existing manufacturing processes and work flows to identify areas that could benefit from change and improvements. Jacob also led equipment recommendation, acquisition and implementation, and created processes and procedures to help the company meet budgetary goals as wells as performance quotas. Jacob is currently employed at Joseph Machine Company as a Supply Chain Manager and Manufacturing Engineer.
Jacob Boyle obtained their Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Penn State University in 2015. In July 2019, they earned the LinkedIn for Veterans certification from LinkedIn.
