Adam Alkema is an experienced engineering manager with a solid background in mechanical engineering and product management. Currently employed at Joseph Gallo Farms since March 2018, Adam has held roles as both Engineering Manager and Process Engineer. Prior to this, Adam worked at MAF Industries from November 2012 to March 2018, managing cherry and blueberry product lines for the North and South American markets, and serving as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where responsibilities included designing sorting and packing equipment for various fruits. Adam's career began at Ghazarian Welding Inc. as a Mechanical Design Engineer, focusing on custom packaging equipment for the almond and raisin industry. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fresno, earned in 2012.
