Danielle Crumpton has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Coordinator at Joseph Brant Hospital & Foundation since October 2020, alongside previous roles as Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant. In addition, Danielle has worked as an Operations Attendant for the City of Burlington since October 2014, managing event planning and staff oversight in recreational centers. Previous roles include Team Member at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and Contract Team Member at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, with an early career as a Crew Member at McDonald's. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Mohawk College, and studied Kinesiology at York University.
