Jordi Paronella Vidal has extensive experience in the wine industry, currently serving as Wine Director and Sommelier for the José Andrés Group since February 2013, overseeing wine management and procurement for five restaurants. Additionally, since January 2011, Jordi Paronella Vidal has been a sommelier at Wine Emotions, specializing in wine tastings paired with food. Between January 2004 and December 2010, Jordi Paronella Vidal managed the wine list for two establishments at Amigo Castellvi, achieving notable awards. Earlier career experience includes serving as the first sommelier at Restaurant Moo in Hotel OOMM from October 2003 to December 2004.
