Aaron Helfand is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food industry. Since July 2012, Aaron has served as the Director of Enterprise Technology at José Andrés Group, after previously holding positions as Chef and Head Chef. Prior to this, Aaron worked at 47 Scott as a Chef and spent several years at Restaurants-America, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Chef from August 2004 to January 2011. Earlier in Aaron's career, a role as a Claims Adjuster at Mercury Insurance was held for a brief period in 2004. Aaron's educational background includes an Associate in Occupational Studies from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Long Beach.
