Mirja Hjers possesses extensive professional experience in leadership roles within governmental and financial institutions. Currently serving as Chef and Tf Divisionsdirektör at Jordbruksverket since April 2017, Mirja has also held the position of Avdelningschef. Prior to this, leadership experience was gained as Enhetschef at Länsstyrelsen i Västra Götalands län from October 2012 to April 2017, and as Kontorschef at Swedbank Sjuhärad AB for over a decade, from October 2001 to October 2012. Mirja Hjers holds a degree from IFL Handelshögskolan Stockholm, having completed the Executive Management Program focused on Educational Leadership and Administration in 2012.
