Emma Collins has extensive experience in product development within the food industry, having worked at Jordans Dorset Ryvita since June 2009 in various leadership roles, currently serving as Product Development and Program Controller. Emma has successfully managed teams of technologists, project managers, and pack change managers, ensuring excellence in the execution of product pipelines through the Stage and Gate process. Emma's previous roles include R&D Manager for multiple brands and Senior R&D Technologist, focusing on delivering high-quality product launches for both UK and international markets. Prior experience at Bakkavor included roles as Product Manager and NPD Technologist, leading innovation and managing teams across various food categories. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Food and Nutrition from Sheffield Hallam University.
