Patrick Ortega, Ed.D., SPHR has a range of experience in HR leadership positions. Patrick is currently the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Jordano's Inc. since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources & Employee Relations at Curation Foods from January 2021 to February 2022. From May 2019 to February 2020, they were the Director of Human Resources at PCC AEROSTRUCTURES. Before that, they held the position of Director of Workforce Training & Organizational Development at The Okonite Company from August 2013 to May 2019. Patrick also worked as the Director of Human Resources at the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso from May 2010 to March 2013.

Dr. Patrick Ortega, Ed.D., SPHR has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Change and Leadership. Patrick obtained their Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California in 2019. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, Dr. Ortega pursued a Masters degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University. In 2008, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. Alongside their academic achievements, Dr. Ortega holds a certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, although the exact timeline for obtaining this certification is not provided.
