Hiba Khateeb began their work experience in 2010 as an Insurance Sales representative at Euro Arab Insurance Group. Hiba then transitioned to a Bank Teller role at Cairo Amman Bank in 2012, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 onwards, Hiba worked as a Relationship Manager (VIP Client) at Jordan Commercial Bank. Currently, they hold the position of Relationship Manager at Housing Bank, starting from March 2022.

Hiba Khateeb completed their high school education at Rosary Sisters College from 1994 to 2006. Hiba then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance Sciences at The Hashemite University from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they hold a certification in Banking, although the institution, month, and year of obtaining the certification are not specified.
