Erin Collins serves as the Head of People and Culture at Jord International since April 2012, contributing to the company's growth in the energy and resources sectors. Prior to this role, Erin held the position of Human Resources and Recruitment Manager for the Northern Region at Object Consulting from June 2006 to March 2012, where services focused on delivering innovative business solutions to major enterprise and government clients. Erin began a career in recruitment as a Consultant at Integrated Group, working from June 2004 to June 2006, supporting various industries. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Wollongong.
