Katey Nicolai, Ph.D., is an experienced clinical psychologist currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Joon Care and co-owner of Lumos Assessment Services, a practice dedicated to empowering underrepresented populations through comprehensive therapeutic assessments. With a career spanning various roles in private practice and academic settings, Katey has provided therapy, crisis management, and mentorship to clinical psychology doctoral students. Previous positions include licensed clinical psychologist at Core Insights Psychological Group, postdoctoral fellow at the University of San Francisco, and doctoral psychology intern at the University of Washington. Katey earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a B.A. in English Literature and Psychology from the University of Washington.
