Patrick Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content management and technical services. As the Founder, Owner, and Director of KPS, a Melbourne-based content management solutions specialist, Patrick focuses on maintaining and optimizing client websites. In addition, Patrick serves as the Team Leader for the Joomla! Volunteer Engagement Team, facilitating recruitment and recognition of volunteers in preparation for Joomla! 4's release. Since 2006, Patrick has also provided technical consulting for Definitive Events Pty Ltd and GTR Events, managing IT services and developing custom event technology solutions. Previous roles include website management and social media consulting for Saxton Speakers Bureau, and support representative for RMS, among others. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Business Systems Analysis from the University of Wollongong.
