Helvecio da Silva is an experienced professional with a strong background in web development and online marketing. Serving as the Owner and Art Director at HLVC Design since 2000, Helvecio specializes in web projects using Joomla and WordPress. Helvecio has been the co-Lead Editor of Joomla Community Magazine since November 2016, transitioning from illustrator to article author and now overseeing content quality and contributor outreach.
