Iris Demir currently serves as a Customer Excellence Representative at JOOLZ, a Milk Design BV brand, since August 2023. Previously, Iris held the position of Reservations Supervisor at Inntel Hotels from May 2022 to August 2023. Earlier in the career, Iris worked as a Management Assistant at Robert Walters, a company specializing in executive search and recruitment across various sectors including accounting, finance, and IT, from October 2021 to May 2022. Iris's extensive experience in hospitality and customer service includes roles as a Reservations Agent and Receptionist at Inntel Hotels (2015-2021), a Waiter intern at All inclusive Luxury Resort La Marquise in 2013, and an intern at Oad Reizen, facilitating guest inquiries at Disneyland Paris in 2012. Iris began a career in hospitality as a Waiter at Cafe/Restaurant 't Vliegertje from 2009 to 2011.
