Rebecca Lawrence is an experienced professional in Learning and Development and Customer Experience, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Customer Experience at Jones the Grocer since August 2023. Previously, Rebecca held key roles at Grill'd Healthy Burgers, including Organisational Development and Capability Manager - Operations, where major achievements included the creation of role-specific competency frameworks and a nationally consistent internal development program. In addition, Rebecca contributed to Fonda Mexican as Learning and Development Manager, designing a comprehensive Learning Strategy and a mobile-accessible Knowledge Management System. Rebecca began at Grill'd Healthy Burgers as an Instructional Designer, developing interactive learning resources for over 140 restaurants, and also led teams in restaurant operations. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Human Resource Management and Accounting from UNSW Business School.
