Joanna Ratterman currently serves as the Environmental Compliance Dispatch Manager at Jones Covey Group, Inc., a position held since October 2018, while also functioning as the Environmental Compliance Coordinator since October 2016. Joanna has an extensive background with Jones Covey Group, having previously worked as the Billing Operations Manager from March 2014 to October 2016. Prior experience includes the role of Sales & Customer Support Manager at WECC from August 2009 to March 2014 and Assistant Manager at Vons Co Inc from March 2001 to October 2005. Joanna Ratterman earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Ventura College between 2012 and 2014.
