Jason Rizner, JD, ICMA-CM, currently serves as the County Administrator for the Jones County Board of Commissioners since October 2016, managing a team of approximately 215 employees and a General Fund budget of around $20 million. Previously, Jason held the position of City Manager for the City of Harlem, Georgia, from July 2010 to October 2016, where responsibilities included financial management and project oversight. Earlier roles encompass Assistant City Manager in Harlem, Attorney at The Rizner Law Firm, and Director of Property Owners Associations at Reynolds Plantation. Jason's experience also includes serving as Campaign Manager and Legislative Aide for State Representative Mickey Channell, as well as roles in government affairs and legal internships. Jason holds a Juris Doctor from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Georgia.
