Tom Withers is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the software industry, currently serving as Group Director at Jonas Software UK since August 2018. In this role, Tom leads a collection of vertical market software companies and acts as a strategic coach to business leaders, focusing on sustainable growth. Prior to this, Tom held various positions at Gladstone Software over a span of 22 years, culminating in roles such as Managing Director and Sales and Marketing Director, where contributions included driving sales growth and enhancing marketing strategies in leisure management software. Tom's career began at QMH as a Fitness Instructor, following a BSc (Hons) in Sports & Exercise Science from Manchester Metropolitan University.
