William Bruning has a diverse work history with experience in various industries. William started their career as an Ocean Lifeguard with the Long Beach Township Beach Patrol in 2009, where they ensured the safety of beach patrons and responded to medical emergencies. In 2010, they transitioned to working as a Swimming Instructor and Lifeguard at Ocean County College, where they taught swimming classes to individuals of all ages and abilities.

In 2013, William joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Senior Merchandiser, responsible for maintaining visual presentation and creating promotional displays. During their time there, they contributed to a significant increase in sales with the Share-a-Coke campaign. William then moved on to PepsiCo in 2015, working as a Frito Lay Route Sales Representative. In this role, they developed account sales strategies, merchandised products, and communicated and sold product promotions to various customer accounts.

In 2014, William worked at Leverage Agency as a Group Account Sales representative, where they established a research department and secured revenue by reaching out to clients with business proposals. William also managed accounts for several well-known companies and organizations.

In 2017, William became the Chief Marketing Officer at City Sports, overseeing all social media channels, executing sales plans, and managing influencers and sales channels. In 2018, they joined ChillRx Cryotherapy Red Bank as a Marketing Coordinator and Technician, creatively managing social media platforms and collaborating with marketing associates.

In 2019, William transitioned to Zack Hample as a Creative Manager, and later joined Jomboy Media in 2021 as an Operations Specialist.

William Bruning attended Ocean County College from 2009 to 2011 and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts. William then went on to Rutgers University from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sports Management. In 2013, they obtained certification as a CPR/AED/AEO Instructor from the American Red Cross.
