Shelby Collins has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Shelby most recently worked at JOLYN as the Sr. Director of Planning & Operations, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Merchandise Planning at JOLYN from February 2022 to September 2022. Shelby also worked as the Demand and Inventory Planning Manager at JOLYN from June 2018 to February 2022.

Before their time at JOLYN, Shelby worked at Pacific Sunwear as a Merchandise Planner for their E-commerce division from January 2018 to June 2018. Shelby also had a similar role at Pacific Sunwear from October 2015 to June 2016.

Shelby gained experience as a VIP Member Liaison at Grand Solmar Land's End Resort & Spa from 2017 to 2018.

Prior to these experiences, Shelby worked at Abercrombie & Fitch as an Associate Merchandise Planner from March 2012 to December 2014. Shelby began their career in the fashion industry as a Model at Abercrombie & Fitch from March 2006 to January 2010.

Shelby's early career also includes a role as a Merchandise Assistant at Saks Fifth Avenue, where they worked on the Saks Fifth Avenue Private Brands, Men's division, from January 2010 to July 2011.

Shelby Collins attended Youngstown State University from 2007 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a degree in Fashion Merchandising with a focus on Merchandising.
