Paddy Bannon is a Manufacturing Project Engineer at JOLT since June 2023, following a distinguished tenure at Go Fast Bits from March 2014 to July 2023, where the roles included Business Operations Manager/Production Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer. In the capacity of Business Operations Manager, Paddy was the main advisor on operational functions and strategic business management, responsible for daily operational activities, business goal management, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. As a Production Engineer, Paddy oversaw the implementation of LEAN Manufacturing, established standard operating procedures, ensured ISO9001 compliance, and managed the product assembly team to optimize production efficiency. Educationally, Paddy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with Honours from the University of Wollongong, completed in 2014.
