Kevin Bentley holds an MBA, MSIS, and is certified as a CSM and Prosci. Currently, Bentley serves as an Advisor for the Food Tech Council at Lunchbox, Head of Technology for North America at Jollibee Group of Companies, and holds several positions including Chapter Chairs Board Representative and Co-Chair of the Atlanta Chapter at the International Food and Beverage Technology Association. Active in the Restaurant Technology Network and as a member of the FSTEC Advisory Council, Bentley also leads K2B Enterprises, focusing on implementing a new POS system for Tropical Smoothie Café. As a PSIA-AASI Certified Level 3 Snowboard Instructor at Vail Resorts since 2009, Bentley has demonstrated strong interpersonal and strategic skills. Previous roles include VP of Technology & Automation at Papa Gino’s and Director of Restaurant Automation and Innovation at Inspire Brands. Bentley is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California.
