Terry Smith has a diverse background in the medical field, starting as a Medical Assistant in the Royal Navy from 1990-1999. Terry then worked at NHS as an ODP/ITU/Surgical Assistant from 1999-2003. Following this, Terry transitioned to a Sales Executive role at Zimmer Biomet from 2003-2005 before moving on to various leadership positions at Smith & Nephew from 2005-2016. Currently, Terry is the Managing Director at Jointmedica Ltd since August 2016, and previously held the same position at Ocean Current Power Ltd from June 2017 to November 2019. Terry's experience spans across marketing, clinical education, and management in the medical industry.
