Alessio Bianco is an experienced professional currently working as an Associato Disability Manager at Fe.D.Man. since February 2022, focusing on regulatory updates and best practices for the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in the workplace. Since December 2020, Alessio has also served as Project Manager at Jointly - Il welfare condiviso, where responsibilities include conducting research on disability within organizations, implementing welfare and wellbeing solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing project KPIs. Previous experience includes a role as Biddable Media Assistant at Publicis Media, where Alessio managed biddable media campaigns across various platforms, and as a Customer Care Specialist at EASY WELFARE, overseeing welfare-related processes for multinational clients. Alessio holds a Master’s degree in Case & Disability Management from Università degli Studi di Bergamo and additional degrees in Arts and Cultural Heritage from IULM University and Università degli Studi di Bari.
