Swati K. began their work experience in 2011 as an Associate-Operations at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Swati then worked as an Intern at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from September 2013 to May 2014. In 2014, they joined Cipla Ltd. and held the role of Global Respiratory Business until July 2016. Swati then moved on to Strides and started as a Senior Manager, Portfolio and Business Development from August 2016 to June 2019. Swati was then promoted to Deputy General Manager, Portfolio and Business Development and held this position until November 2021. From November 2021 to February 2022, Swati worked as an Associate Director at PwC Acceleration Centers. Currently, they serve as the Head, Business Development - Asia Pacific Region and General Manager at Strides from March 2022 onwards.

Swati K. completed their AISSCE degree at BNS DAV Public School from 2004 to 2006. Swati then pursued their Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree, specializing in Pharmaceutical Sciences, at BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell from 2007 to 2011. Later, from 2013 to 2014, they obtained a Post Graduate Certification in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at the Young India Fellowship.
