Shelly Ruppert has worked at Grand Lake Health System (Joint Township District Memorial Hospital) since 2002. Shelly started as a Human Resources Manager and is currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at CBS Personnel from 1999 to 2002.

Shelly Ruppert obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from The University of Toledo in the years 1995 to 1999. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Baker College of Flint, from 2001 to 2004. Before attending university, Shelly completed their high school education at Kettering Fairmont High School from 1991 to 1995, obtaining a High School Degree.
