Anthony DeLuca has extensive work experience in the legal field. Anthony started their career in 2012 as a Summer Intern at the Queens District Attorney's Office. Anthony then interned at The Corporation Counsel of the City of Long Beach in 2013, where they researched case law and contributed to motions for a wrongful arrest appeal, had conferences about and negotiated cases with attorneys and offenders regarding motor vehicle violations, and researched law and facilitated the progress of various issues associated with rebuilding the boardwalk. In 2013, they also worked as a Student Attorney at St. John's University School of Law, where they counseled and interviewed clients, conducted investigations, conducted legal research, formulated legal strategies, and represented clients in criminal proceedings. In 2014, they worked as a Dean's Fellow at St. John's University School of Law, where they assisted Professor Nina J. Crimm with updating a treatise as well as the release of a different, new treatise, and researched various incorporation related statutes from all fifty states. In 2015, they worked as an Attorney at Connor and Magee, where they conducted research and assisted lead attorney with trial preparation for insurance claims and personal injury cases, and drafted various legal memoranda regarding insurance and personal injury cases as well as real estate contracts. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Volz & Vigliotta, PLLC, first as an Associate Attorney and then as a Senior Associate Attorney. Currently, they work as an Associate Counsel at The Joint Industry Board of the Electrical Industry.
Anthony DeLuca attained a Doctor of Law (JD) from St. John's University School of Law in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Binghamton University.
