Danielle A. Davis

Danielle Davis, Esq. is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in technology policy and advocacy, currently serving as a Visiting Fellow at Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy and Director of Technology Policy at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies. Davis has held several pivotal roles, including Assistant General Counsel at the Universal Service Administrative Company, where legal counsel was provided for broadband access programs, and Tech and Telecom Policy Counsel at the Multicultural Media, Telecom and Internet Council, focusing on tech issues affecting civil rights. Additional experience includes fellowships at the National Urban League and the National Council of Negro Women, where efforts centered on the impact of technology on marginalized communities. Davis holds a Juris Doctor from Barry University and dual degrees in Economics and Political Science from Florida Atlantic University.
