Lauren Renaud is an experienced Analytics Engineer at Promise, where responsibilities include establishing data warehouse infrastructure and tools for customer success insights since November 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren served as the Director of Analytics at the Family Independence Initiative, managing a team focused on data analysis, survey design, and tool development to support social capital initiatives in low-income communities. Lauren's earlier experience includes roles as a Data and Policy Analyst and a GIS Analyst, along with various organizing positions with labor unions such as SAG-AFTRA and SEIU UHW. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management with a Data Analytics Track from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
