Anna Relph is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations management, currently serving as Chapter Head for Chicago Associates at Pavilion since March 2024, fostering a community of sales and RevOps leaders. Previously, Anna held the role of Strategic Program Manager in Customer Success Operations at Evotix from May 2021 to April 2024, focusing on ESG technology solutions for workplace health and safety. Anna's career at Club Automation spanned from January 2017 to May 2021, starting as a Customer Service Representative and advancing to Implementation Consultant and Global Implementation Consultant, where more than 150 client implementations were executed. Anna completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Wheaton College from 2011 to 2015.
