Marianne Phillips has extensive work experience in various roles within the FranklinCovey organization. Marianne started as a Client Partner, Consultant, and VP of Sales at Time System from 1988 to 1994. Marianne then became the Managing Director at Franklin Quest from 1995 to 1997, where they were responsible for driving client partner accountability and implementing the corporate strategy. Marianne then transitioned to the role of Senior Consultant at FranklinCovey from 1997 to 2000. Finally, they held the position of General Manager over 14 US Western States and 4 Canada provinces at FranklinCovey since 2000. In this role, they were responsible for market and customer penetration, sales growth, and developing sales and marketing strategies.
Marianne Phillips earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University, where they studied from 2000 to 2002.
