Shaun Crossan has over 18 years of experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. In 2003, they founded Divinitas IT Ltd, where they served as Founder, Headhunter, and Recruiter. In 2016, they joined fdu - committed to growth as an Executive Search. In 2019, they joined Employment Solutions as Head of Business Development and Client Services Manager. In 2020, they joined Prestbury Chase Limited as Managing Director and Headhunter for GTM. In 2021, they joined Join Talent as a GTM & Tech Talent Specialist, Celonis as a GTM & Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, Lenses.io as a GTM & Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, and Auden as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2022, they joined Goatpath by SoftwareOne as a Tech Talent Partner. Shaun is currently employed by Microsoft as a GTM Talent Acquisition Partner.

Shaun Crossan attended the University of Plymouth from 1992 to 1995, where they earned their BSc. in Applied Economics and Politics. Prior to that, they attended St.Augustine of Canterbury from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained their A-Levels in Economics, History and English.
