Olivia Auxier is the current Head of Consumer Partnerships at Real. Olivia has over 8 years of experience in partnership strategy and management, having worked previously as the Director of Global Brand & Platform Partnerships at Tinder, Inc. During their time at Tinder, they were responsible for global partnership strategy and led a team to secure strategic partnerships that drove growth for Tinder. Olivia secured global partnerships with brands like Spotify, Live Nation, AEG, Lyft, H&M, Postmates, Adidas, and many more across a broad range of brand categories. In addition to brand partnerships, they also oversaw product integration partnerships, growth partnerships and revenue partnerships. Olivia is experienced in contract negotiation, working alongside legal and privacy teams, and providing templates and playbooks for international teams to replicate impactful partnership strategies. Prior to their work at Tinder, they were a Digital Content Strategist at the Annenberg School of Communication and a Program Specialist in the Office of the President at the University of Southern California. Olivia began their career in the fashion industry as a Public Relations Coordinator at Dolce & Gabbana.
Olivia Auxier has a Master's degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Communication and Media Studies from Portland State University.
