Laura Heppeler is an experienced professional in account management and communications, currently serving as the Account Manager DACH at JOIN Solutions AG since September 2022, following a role as Junior Customer Success Onboarding Manager. Prior to that, Laura worked as Kommunikationsmanagerin at Animal Society e.V. and held the position of Content-Managerin & Campaigning at Animal Equality e.V. from November 2018 to March 2021. Laura's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Deutsche Literatur from Goethe-Universität Frankfurt and Freie Universität Berlin, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Deutsche Literatur & Soziologie from University of Konstanz, complemented by a year of study at Charles University.
