Jens Stypa is an experienced Project Engineer at joimax since March 2021, specializing in product development, functional specifications, project planning, and regulatory compliance associated with medical device regulations. Prior to this role, Jens served as Development Engineer Shoulder at Mathys Ltd Bettlach from October 2019 to March 2021, where responsibilities included managing development projects, collaborating with medical partners, and generating verification documents in accordance with MDD/MDR standards. Jens's early career includes conducting a bachelor thesis at Deutsche Metrohm GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on photometric analyses, alongside internships that enhanced expertise in analytical systems. Jens holds a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science from Kiel University, complemented by foundational education at the University of Konstanz.
