Ungku Harun Al'Rashid Ahmad is the Vice President of the Group Human Resources Management Division at Johor Corporation, overseeing a workforce of over 63,000 employees across various industries. Prior to this, Ungku Harun Al'Rashid held leadership roles in Human Resource Management at PureCircle, K&N Kenanga Holdings Berhad, Khazanah Nasional, Sandvik Mining and Construction, and Cabot Corporation. Ungku Harun Al'Rashid is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Business Administration and Management.
