Chad Johnson started their work experience in 1999 as a Driver for Quality Removal, where they serviced accounts in the Metro Milwaukee area and ensured the cost-effective and environmentally responsible removal and disposal of liquid waste. Chad then moved on to Johnson's Nursery, Inc. in 2005, where they held multiple roles including President. In this position, Chad oversaw and directed business operations at Nursery production farms and multiple sales departments, promoting the company as an industry leader in plant development and production.

Chad Johnson attended Menomonee Falls High School from 1991 to 1994 and obtained a High School degree.
